This year’s first PowerApps training for TÜV NORD Adriatic

Last week we held this year’s first PowerApps training for our long-term clients from the TÜV NORD Adriatic company. It was a full-day education lasting 6 hours, led by our PowerApps expert and developer Kristian!

The PowerApps platform is intended for the creation of customized business applications and enables the rapid development of applications that meet all business needs. Applications connect directly to data sources and thus help replace manual operations with digitized and automated processes, all without writing programming code! A lot of companies are introducing PowerApps because of the speed of creating applications, the ease of use and sharing of applications, and the great ability to cover various business requirements.

The participants of the training were interested in learning the process of creating PowerApps applications, and we went through the main components on the example of a simpler application, that we adapted for this type of training. The education included the following topics:

  • Connecting to connectors (Sharepoint, Dataverse, SQL)
  • Creating galleries
  • Creating forms
  • An introduction to the PowerFX language
  • Integration with other MS tools

The training went great, and since it was a small group, we also went through the specific questions they had about adapting the applications to their business requirements, which was very useful! This will help them get started using PowerApps on their own and make it easier for them to navigate through the platform!

The participants successfully mastered all the basics of PowerApps and received a certificate of completion.

We thank our colleagues for their participation and trust!

If your company would also benefit from automating business processes through applications, contact us for education and cooperation!
